Industry and technology expertise
The automotive industry has been part of my professional career from the very beginning. In various leadership and project roles, I have supported OEMs and suppliers in the development, industrialization, and transformation of complex systems—from the product idea through to series production, end-to-end.
My experience ranges from driver information and assistance systems to interior and vehicle development, leading international business units, and managing development and production organizations. The projects shown below illustrate how I combine technological expertise, execution strength, and commercial responsibility.
Technology and competency areas in the automotive environment
Driver information systems (including HMI)
Development and industrialization of display and control systems such as instrument clusters, monitors, head-up displays, and Human Machine Interface (HMI), with responsibility for the functions
- electronics development
- software development
- mechanical design engineering
- system integration
- project management
- sales
- industrialization as well as
- manufacturing and assembly.
Driver assistance systems (ADAS) with sensors
Implementation of complex ADAS solutions with sophisticated sensor technologies for cameras, radars, LiDARs, and ultrasonic systems, as well as for central computing architectures—from development through to series readiness and high-volume production.
Vehicle interior
Development and industrialization of cockpits, door systems, and interior components with a focus on innovation, functionality, design, ergonomics, quality, and manufacturability.
Vehicle development & manufacturing
Responsibility for development and production processes—from advanced development through product development and industrialization to start of production and production optimization.
