Industry and technology expertise

The pharmaceutical industry places particularly high demands on quality, process reliability, and reproducibility. In my mandates, I have supported companies in the industrialization, scaling, and stabilization of technical solutions in regulated environments—with a particular focus on manufacturing processes, automation, and quality assurance. GMP, or “Good Manufacturing Practice”, which describes the principles and guidelines of good manufacturing practice, defines the requirements for quality assurance of production processes.

A key focus of the projects was the transfer of complex products and components into robust series production under cleanroom conditions. The projects presented here show how technological precision, regulatory requirements, and economic efficiency can be successfully combined.
