Executive Business Consultant

Responsible for sales consulting and supporting the CEO.

  • Objective 1: Initiate business development with OEM vehicle manufacturers and position the company as Tier1.
  • Objective 2: Support the transition from software developer to product developer & hardware supplier and facilitate project opportunities.

Initial Situation & Tasks:

  • Previously positioned as a Tier2 software company, the company aims to achieve Tier1 status and establish direct collaboration with OEM vehicle manufacturers.
  • The transition from pure Tier2 software developer to product developer & hardware supplier is to be supported; corresponding acquisition projects are to be facilitated.

Activities / Measures:

  • Development of a customer and competitive analysis.
  • Active support of the acquisition project “Camera & Display Management System.”
  • Establishment of new business relationships and long-term partnerships with technology partners in the areas of video technology and electronics production.
  • Contacts with premium OEM manufacturers were established, and customer presentations were conducted.

Key Achievements/Results:

  • Business development with a German premium OEM was initiated in the area of software development.
  • Business development with a German Tier2 company was initiated in the area of product development and delivery for a “Camera & Display Management System.”
  • Strategic partnerships with technology partners were established.
