Rail
Industry and Technology Expertise
The rail industry is one of the most technically demanding and safety-critical industries. In my assignments, I have supported development, service, and production organizations in the rail vehicle sector in various roles—from product and system development through industrialization to site stabilization and advancement.
A particular focus was on the development and manufacturing of locomotives, the integration of modern train control and signaling systems, as well as new drive technologies such as battery- and hydrogen-based solutions. The projects presented below demonstrate how I have successfully led sites and teams in this industry during change situations, post-merger integrations, turnarounds, and transformations. Furthermore, technological innovations, regulatory requirements, and efficient industrial implementation have always played a paramount role.
