Electronics
Industry and technology expertise
Electronics form the backbone of modern products and systems—from control and display solutions to complex embedded systems. In my mandates and various leadership roles, I have supported companies with mid-sized and corporate structures in the automotive and industrial environment, as well as in the EMS* market, in delivering demanding electronics projects—from the product idea through to series production.
The focus was on innovating technical solutions, improving efficiency in the development process, ensuring reliable industrialization, and achieving cost-effective manufacturing of electronic products and systems. Mastering complexity in development and production, as well as economically scaling products, always played an outstanding role. The projects presented here demonstrate how innovation, operational excellence, structured processes, and stable production operations can be successfully combined.
