Leadership begins with attitude – and manifests in behavior
For me, leadership is not a formal role definition, but a daily responsibility. Attitude, clarity, and reliability determine how decisions are made, how collaboration succeeds, and how performance is achieved. Especially in situations of change, transformation, and crisis, leadership is the decisive factor for trust, guidance, and implementation power.
My aspiration is to provide direction, make decisions transparent, and consistently take responsibility. At the same time, I create space for dialogue, personal accountability, and development. For me, leadership means empowering people to perform – not controlling them.
Effective leadership is evident in the interaction of all involved parties. Therefore, I consciously shape collaboration in a situation-appropriate manner.
Collaboration with Clients
I work collaboratively, clearly, and results-oriented. Expectations, goals, and decision-making processes are clarified early on – as a basis for trust and commitment.
Collaboration with Leadership Levels
I demand clarity, prioritization, and accountability. I support leaders in a situation-appropriate manner, provide guidance, and expect implementation – especially in challenging situations.
Collaboration with Employees
I foster closeness, transparency, and reliability. Performance emerges where people feel understood, have guidance, and know what they are measured against.
Interim management is above all one thing: people management – the art of motivating others and winning them over for change.”

My Approach
I work in a structured, pragmatic, and consistently implementation-oriented manner. A clear analysis phase is followed by the joint definition of goals, priorities, and measures. Decisions are made, communicated, and tracked. Progress, impact, and results are visible at all times.
Methods with visual judgement
I use proven management and leadership methods where they are effective – not as an end in themselves. Structure, key figures, processes, and reviews provide orientation. However, the context always remains decisive: organizations, people, and situations are different and require tailor-made solutions.
