About me.

About me.

Shaped by automotive, inspired by technology, and always focused on performance

My professional career is characterized by working in technology-driven industrial companies and by the conviction that sustainable performance and success always arise from the interplay of strategy, technology, processes, organization, and leadership. Over more than three decades, I have taken on responsibility in a wide variety of leadership roles—in stable phases as well as in times of profound change.

After many years in senior positions in industry, I made a conscious decision to pursue a career as an executive interim manager. Today, I contribute my experience where companies face decisive turning points: during transformations, turnarounds, integrations, and the further development of organizations and leadership. What drives me is the ambition not just to plan changes, but to implement them consistently and translate them into measurable results.

My strength lies in identifying weaknesses early—and transforming them into performance.”

My roots are in the automotive industry. Today, I use my knowledge and experience to guide it through demanding changes.”

The automotive industry has shaped me.

My close connection to the automotive industry dates back to the beginning of my professional career. Immediately after my studies, my path led me to Porsche in Weissach, working on development for the Porsche 964. Even then, my focus was not just on technology, but on the interaction between human and machine.

For many years, the automotive industry remained my professional focus—including roles at Mannesmann VDO and Siemens VDO Automotive, where I was responsible for product and system developments from the initial idea to industrialization and series production. After a three-year assignment in the USA as General Manager of the Commercial Vehicle Division with business responsibility, I most recently served as the Global Business Unit Head for BMW at Siemens VDO Automotive. These experiences continue to shape my understanding of OEMs, Tier 1 structures, and both technological and economic interrelationships today. Accordingly, the automotive industry is an environment where I can apply my experience and leadership strength particularly effectively.
