For me, leadership is not a formal role definition, but a daily responsibility. Attitude, clarity, and reliability determine how decisions are made, how collaboration succeeds, and how performance is achieved. Especially in situations of change, transformation, and crisis, leadership is the decisive factor for trust, guidance, and implementation power. <\/p>

My aspiration is to provide direction, make decisions transparent, and consistently take responsibility. At the same time, I create space for dialogue, personal accountability, and development. For me, leadership means empowering people to perform \u2013 not controlling them. <\/p>
